RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The refund request should be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the order by customer. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched 
  • If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

You can reach us at hello@madsbox.in to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.

We do not process refunds in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.

Cancellation

As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at hello@madsbox.in within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfilment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Process

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from placing the order and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at hello@madsbox.in to initiate a return.
  2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on hello@madsbox.in from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
  3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated.
